Grades 1 - 8 Registration

All registrations will take place at the Student Information Office Student Information Office Link located at  
Burlington High School [123 Cambridge Street] by appointment only.

1-8 appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday from 9 AM - 11 AM.

When scheduling an appointment please type the following in the Description Section:
- Your Full name
- Phone number
- Your student(s) name and grade(s)
* If you require an interpreter to be present, please indicate that as well

To complete Grades 1 - 8 registration Please find all documents in the designated folders below. If you have any trouble accessing these documents please let us know. Please note the  Affidavit Residency Form - is needed ONLY if you live with a Burlington resident and you do not own or lease your residence.

Summer Hours/Schedule
The Student Information Office will be closed from Friday, June 28th through Friday, July 5th and will reopen Monday, July 8th.

Our office will be closed on Fridays; June 28, July 5, 12, 19, 26, and August 2, 9, and 16.
We will resume our regular 5-day schedule on August 19.

First day of school for Grades 1-12 is Wednesday, August 28 and the first day of Kindergarten is Thursday, September 5. Please reach out to your school for any further information.

Registrations are welcome Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays, during the hours of 9:00-11:00 am. Please use the calendar link to book an appointment.
