PTO Kids Pop-Up Holiday Shoppe
December 7th – 14th
The PTO Holiday Shoppe is an opportunity for students to shop for family members and friends during this season of giving.

If your child will be shopping for gifts, please have them bring the following on their scheduled class shopping day:

• Family & Friend Shopping List
• Cash (Each item is $1-$10. The more popular items are in $5-$10 range.)
  Sending money in with your child is optional.
• Shopping Bag with Handle

Shoppe Schedule

Students are asked to make all their purchases on their scheduled day and time.
Grade 3 students will shop with their reading class.

Parent Volunteers
Parent volunteers are needed to assist our young shoppers. Please sign up!

Mathematical Olympiads for Elementary and Middle Schools (MOEMS) is a non profit
Public foundation which provides opportunities for children:

• To stimulate enthusiasm and a love for Mathematics
• To introduce important Mathematical concepts
• To teach major strategies for problem solving
• To develop Mathematical flexibility in solving problems
• To strengthen Mathematical intuition
• To foster Mathematical creativity and ingenuity
• To provide for the satisfaction, joy, and thrill of meeting challenges

MOEMS is designed for students who need a challenge in mathematics. Students should have a strong understanding of mathematical concepts and abilities to fully participate in MOEMS.

MOEMS will meet for one hour after school on Mondays and either practice for the Olympiad contests or participate in the contest throughout the school year. The contests are timed and are all done online.

The dates for MOEMS are:
December 19th
January 9th, 23rd, 30th*
February 6th, 13th, 27th*
March 6th, 13th*, 20th, 27th
April 3rd, 10th
*competition days

If your child is strong in math, loves a challenge, and is interested in participating in MOEMS,
please return the bottom portion of the flyer that was sent home to your child’s classroom teacher.
Forms are due back by Monday, December 12th.

There is no fee for this program and is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Donate warm winter coats for children and adults.
Donation bin in Fox Hill lobby. All sizes welcome! Coats only, please.
