Fox Hill Building Project

Dear Burlington Community:

At Burlington's town meeting on February 16th, 2022, members passed Article 11 approving $1.5 million in funding for the Fox Hill Elementary School project's feasibility study. The Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) has accepted the Fox Hill School Building project into its core program, and thus has agreed to reimburse the town roughly 45.5% of eligible project costs. This new elementary school will take many years to design and build and we welcome your participation throughout the project.

To assist with transparency and communication, please see our new website. This publicly available space will allow the community to follow along with the feasibility study and the entire school building project. You will find some FAQs, including what a feasibility study entails, an overview of the MSBA process, and much more. In addition, the website contains contact information for the School Building Committee (SBC) as well as all of the approved SBC minutes. If you want to get information or potentially contribute to the process, this website will be the place to go.
