Grades 1 - 8 Registration

1-8 appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday from 9 AM - 11 AM.

When scheduling an appointment please type the following in the Description Section:
- Your Full name
- Phone number
- Your student(s) name and grade(s)
* If you require an interpreter to be present, please indicate that as well

- Affidavit Residency Form - This is needed ONLY if you live with a Burlington resident and you do not own or lease your residence.

All registrations will take place at the Student Information Office located at Burlington High School [123 Cambridge Street] by appointment only.
